Trinidad and Tobago Postal Services (TTPOST) is an independent agency of the Trinidad and Tobago government, responsible for providing innovative, competitive, quality postal services and solutions for business and consumers across the nation. Breadth and scale is what makes TTPOST successful, but it also brings with it some complexities that make it hard to really put their customers digital requirements first. TTPOST asked Quoviz to help them understand their customers’ conversion paths to identify key moments for digital content, service and sales. We positioned a new innovative online portal that’s committed to providing both physical and electronic solutions that create value for customers.
