The Challenge
JobsTT.com needed a bespoke online recruitment platform to be implemented, which allowed both employers and jobseekers to easily manage the process of posting and applying for jobs from the comfort of their office or home. The requirements included the ability for both user types to register, login, search jobs, post jobs, apply for jobs and host multiple resumes in the most elegant and efficient way possible.
Strategic Direction
We gained a detailed understanding and documented the process for each type of end-user to customize the workflow and functionality for several scenarios – administrators that need to run regular backend reports, jobseekers that need to filter through 100s of jobs by industry and keywords and employers with multiple subsidiaries that post and receive 1000s of applications for multiple vacancies on a weekly basis.
The Solution
Once we had the requirements and brand guidelines, we worked with the JobsTT team to create a fully interactive platform. It represented all progressive journeys and paths based on users’ choices for simplicity and ease of use.
Continuous testing and refinement are key to any successful project so the approach for both teams is to keep asking ourselves “Are we ensuring the least friction along the customer journey?”.
