The myGuardianGeneral web portal was designed to simplify and humanize the policy renewal and selection process. New customers can now connect with them online and request a quote with ease while existing customers can complete annual tasks such as renewing insurance policies from their handheld devices with minimum effort.
With multi-location based teams and offices, the customized web portal aims to also improve communication between salesmen, customers, and administration. Aggregating customer information from multiple sources allows for content to be easily shared amongst a variety of departments, boosting efficiency and productivity levels.
