Who we are

Quoviz Consulting Ltd. ("Quoviz", "we", "us") runs quoviz.com. We're a digital strategy agency based in Trinidad, at THE SKYLIGHT at The Normandie, 10 Nook Avenue, St. Anns, Port of Spain. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email contact@quoviz.com or call (868) 235-4673.

What you tell us through our forms

  • Start a Project: your first name, email, phone number, when you'd like to start and your monthly budget range. You can also give your company, your website and a message about your goals. We also record the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which of our pages and ads bring enquiries.
  • Enquiry form on our service and industry pages: your name, email, the service you're interested in and your project details. You can also give your company name.
  • Agency partner enquiry: your agency's name, your name, your email and your message. You can also give your agency's website and your phone number. We also record the page you came from.

Our forms use hidden fields to stop spam. They don't collect anything about you.

What's collected automatically when you browse

We use analytics and advertising tools that collect information about your visit: the pages you view, how long you stay, what you click, your device and browser, your approximate location based on your IP address and how you found us. They use cookies and similar technologies to do this.

  • Google Analytics shows us how the site is used, so we can improve it.
  • Microsoft Clarity shows us heatmaps and recordings of how visitors scroll and click, so we can fix pages that confuse people. Clarity is set to hide what you type into our forms.
  • Meta Pixel tells us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited our site.
  • Google Ads tells us whether our Google ads lead to enquiries. When you submit Start a Project, it can send your email address and phone number to Google in a scrambled (hashed) form, so Google can match your enquiry to an ad click without seeing your details in plain text.

We don't use these tools to identify you by name.

Other services our site uses

  • Google Fonts supplies the typeface on our pages, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
  • Videos play from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, and only after you press play. One case study shows an Instagram video when you open it, and Instagram's own policies apply to it.
  • Booking a call: after you submit Start a Project, we take you to TidyCal to book a call, and we pass on your first name and email so you don't have to type them again.
  • Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, our social media pages and our clients' websites take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
  • PowerTranz plugin purchases happen on Freemius's checkout. We never see your card details.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare for a call and scope the work you asked about.
  • To deliver our services if you become a client.
  • To understand how our website performs and improve it.
  • To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited our site.

We only email you about your enquiry. We won't add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers that help us run our website and handle enquiries:

  • Lovable, which hosts our website and the database where enquiries are stored
  • Resend, which delivers form notifications to our team
  • TidyCal, for call bookings
  • Google, for Analytics, Ads, Fonts and YouTube
  • Meta, for the Pixel and Instagram
  • Microsoft, for Clarity

Each handles your information under its own terms. Inside Quoviz, your enquiry goes to the people who will answer it. We may also disclose information when the law requires us to.

Where your information is stored

Enquiries are stored on servers in the United States, in Oregon. Our analytics and advertising providers also handle information outside Trinidad and Tobago. We use established providers and send them only what each service needs.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries from people who don't become clients: 24 months from your last contact with us. Then we delete them.
  • Client information: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax and accounting records.
  • Analytics and advertising data: for the retention period set in each tool.

Keeping it safe

We limit access to the people who need it and choose providers with strong security. No website can promise perfect security, but if something goes wrong we'll act quickly to contain it and tell anyone affected.

Your choices

  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email contact@quoviz.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, manage Google ads in Google's My Ad Center and manage Meta ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

We follow the general privacy principles of Trinidad and Tobago's Data Protection Act, 2011, and we apply the same care wherever you're visiting from.
