1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use quoviz.com, which is run by Quoviz Consulting Ltd., a company based in Trinidad and Tobago. By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2. What's on our site
Our pages, guides and articles give general information about digital strategy and our services. They aren't advice for your particular business, and you shouldn't rely on them without talking to us. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.
3. Prices, proposals and enquiries
Any price on our site, including "starts from" prices, is a guide only and excludes VAT. Only a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides sets the price, scope and terms of any work. Sending us a form or booking a call doesn't create an agreement or commit either of us to anything.
4. Our content
The text, design, code, images, video and logos on this site belong to Quoviz or are used with permission. So do our frameworks, including EVOLV and CLEAR UX. You're welcome to read and share links to our pages. You may not copy, republish, sell or use our content to train AI systems without our written permission.
5. Client work we show
The case studies, client names, logos and screenshots on our site are shown with our clients' permission and belong to their owners. Showing them doesn't mean a client endorses anything beyond the work described.
6. Results
The results in our case studies are what specific clients achieved, at a specific time and in their market. They show what we've done before. They don't promise the same results for your business.
7. The PowerTranz plugin
The PowerTranz WooCommerce plugin is sold through Freemius under the licence and terms shown at checkout, and those terms, not these, govern your purchase and use of it. PowerTranz and First Atlantic Commerce are trademarks of their owners, and Quoviz is not PowerTranz.
8. Other websites and services
Our site links to services run by others, including TidyCal, Freemius, WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media platforms and our clients' websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
9. Using our site properly
Please don't try to break into or disrupt the site, send spam or false information through our forms, or copy our content automatically.
10. No guarantees about the site
We provide the site as it is. We don't promise it will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code, although we work to keep it that way.
11. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using or relying on this site, including loss of business, profit or data. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement we sign with them, not by these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad and Tobago will deal with any dispute about them.
