Upload speed was Amplia's edge. Now it's on every plan card.

Amplia sells fibre internet, TV and voice to homes across Trinidad and Tobago. Its plans upload almost as fast as they download, which most households only notice when a video call freezes. The old website buried that. We rebuilt it around the plans people actually compare, with bundles first and every plan one click from sign-up.

The brief

Every provider says fast. Amplia could prove it.

Internet plans all look alike on a website. A speed, a price and a sign-up button. Amplia's difference was in the second number, the upload speed, and the old site never made anyone look at it. Amplia also told us analytics was their biggest challenge, so the new site had to measure every sign-up properly from the first day.

Information architecture

Thirty pages built around one comparison.

Before any design, we mapped the site to 30 pages and put the plans people compare at the centre. Bundles come first because most homes buy internet and TV together. Every plan card shows download and upload speed side by side, so Amplia's strongest number is never hidden.

Website design

Know if fibre reaches your street before you call.

Each plan card carries its own price, its own channel list and its own sign-up button, so nobody has to hunt for the next step. The coverage map tells you whether Amplia reaches your street, then points straight to the bundles on offer. The store locator lists 110 stores and payment points, sorted by the nearest and filtered to the ones open now, with directions one click away.
